Material Analyzers
The Haake MARS III is rotational and dynamic rheometer specifically designed for quality
control and research of fluids, slurries, pastes, gels, creams, suspensions, and polymer
melts.

The instrument is modular regarding temperature control systems, ranging from liquid
temperature controlled cylinder systems to Peltier temperature controlled parallel or cone
and plate systems to electrically heated high temperature capability.  For polymer melt
testing and DMA solids testing, a high performance convection / radiant heating and
cooling chamber (CTC) is available.

The modular HAAKE MARS combines proven technology with the latest development of
high end rheometer technology while still supporting an upgrade path utilizing the
hardware modules for customers using HAAKE RS6000, RS600 and RS150 rheometer
platforms. This makes it easy to upgrade to the newest generation in Rheology while
retaining use and value of existing equipment.

The MARS is computer controlled using the RheoWin software and provides flow curves,
yield points, time curves, temperature curves, and dynamic frequency/strain/time with G'
and G" viscoelastic response data and more.
